XL - measured laid flat and using the side seams (so may fit larger) it’s a flexible fit due to the shaped front - approx 45” chest (pit to pit and doubled) 42” waist, 44” around bottom hem & 30” length from shoulder to hem. Compare the measurements to a similar item that fits you well
